Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days, with the exception of those placed on holidays. 
We will do our best to ship items as rapidly as possibly; however, due to both the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, and global supply chain challenges, order processing may take longer than usual. 
If an item has been damaged during shipping, please do not hesitate to reach out. We will resolve these issues on a case-by-case basis. 

Once you complete your order, you will receive an email with a confirmation. 
When your order has been shipped, we will email you the relevant tracking data.
